Privacy Policy

Casting Growth Studio ("Casting Growth", "we", "us") operates castingrowth.online as an independent talent-casting service for verified campaigns.

Information we collect

When you join our opportunity list, we collect your email address and any optional name or niche information you provide. When you apply to a campaign, we also collect your country, creative niche, platform, audience range, profile or portfolio URL, pitch, selected campaign track, consent records, and technical security data such as submission time, source and IP address.

How we use it

We use the information to administer applications, assess campaign fit, prevent abuse, communicate application updates, and, only with separate consent, send future campaign opportunities. We do not sell personal data.

Campaign-owner sharing

Application data is shared with the owner or authorized team of the campaign you select. For the current Zero Fee Economy Creator Challenge, this is the Zero Fee Foundation project team. They use it to review, contact and potentially invite applicants. Newsletter-only records are not shared with a campaign owner unless you later apply.

Legal basis and retention

We process applications to take steps requested by you before a possible collaboration and based on your consent to campaign sharing. Newsletter communication is based on explicit consent. We retain active opportunity-list records until you unsubscribe and application records for up to 24 months after a campaign closes, unless law, dispute handling or a direct relationship requires longer.

Service providers and international transfers

We use secured cloud hosting, database and communication providers to operate the service. Data may be processed in countries different from your own with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact privacy@castingrowth.online. We may need to verify your identity.

Security and minors

We use access controls, encrypted transport and operational safeguards appropriate to the data. No internet service is completely risk-free. Casting Growth is for people aged 18 or older.
