Casting Terms

These terms govern use of castingrowth.online and submission to campaigns operated through Casting Growth Studio.

Our role

Casting Growth is an independent casting and introduction service. We verify campaigns to a reasonable business standard and route applications to campaign owners. We are not an employer, talent agent, financial adviser, payment provider, or guarantor of a campaign owner's obligations.

Eligibility and truthful applications

You must be at least 18 and legally able to participate where you live. Information, audience figures and profile links must be accurate and must not infringe another person's rights. One person may apply to the track or tracks that genuinely fit their work; duplicate or automated submissions may be rejected.

Selection and contact

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, contact, work, payment, travel, tokens, investment or any other benefit. Campaign owners control eligibility, judging, timing and invitations. Any collaboration requires separate written terms directly accepted by the relevant parties.

Zero Fee campaign rewards

The current campaign publicly states three creative prize pools of 150,000 CDO tokens each, described by the project as approximately $15,000 per pool, plus possible qualified-activity rewards and individual arrangements. The combined approximately $45,000 figure is a stated token-value estimate, not guaranteed cash value. Token value can change and award, vesting, delivery, tax and eligibility conditions may apply. Your work and application license

You retain ownership of your existing work and application materials. You give Casting Growth and the selected campaign owner a limited, non-exclusive right to view, copy internally and evaluate your submission for casting and compliance. No public-use or production license is granted until agreed separately.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious or rights-infringing content; probe the service; scrape personal data; or interfere with other applicants. We may block or remove submissions that present risk or violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Casting Growth is not liable for campaign-owner decisions, token value, third-party sites, indirect loss, lost opportunity or an applicant's tax or legal obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
